Create an account, then set up Solo. Solo is free.

Create your account

1. 1Select Create accountIt's at the top of every page.
2. 2Enter your name, email and a passwordYour password needs at least 12 characters. Or select Sign up with Google.
3. 3Enter the code we email youWe send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter it, then select Verify email. Signing up with Google skips this step.

No code? Check your spam folder, or select Send a new code. Only the newest code works.

Set up Solo

1. 1Select Set up SoloOn Choose a plan.
2. 2Choose your unitsMetric shows kg and m, Imperial shows lb and yd. You can change this later in Workspace › Settings.
3. 3Choose your libraryImport our starter library of exercises, or start with an empty library and add your own.

Then select New session to log your first session, or Go to overview.
