Chart the results
Show a query's answer as a table, a line, bars or a single number.
Choose a chart
- Select Run queryThe answer shows as a table first.
- Choose under Show asTable, Line, Bars or Number. Each figure gets a chart of its own.
What each needs
| Show as | Needs |
|---|---|
| Table | Any answer. |
| Line | A Date, Week or Month column and a figure, with at least two points. |
| Bars | A figure beside a date, week, month or name. |
| Number | An answer with one row. |
A choice that doesn't fit the answer is greyed out, and the hint under it says what's missing.
Show it on Overview
Switch on Show on Overview to see the query on Overview, your home page. Overview shows up to 8 queries.
Rename columns
Open Columns to give each column a name of your own. Units follow your workspace.
The chart, column names and Show on Overview are kept when you save the query.
