Connect an AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another app that supports MCP to ask about your training, log sessions and plan what's next.

- Copy the MCP server addressThe MCP server address is used to connect your agent to Embark.
- Add the address to your assistantIn settings, add a custom connector and paste the address.
- Approve the connection in EmbarkChoose what your assistant can do in each workspace.

Agents can be given read or read and write access.

| Read | See your sessions, exercise library and saved queries, and run Forge queries. |
| Read and write | Also log and edit sessions, and add exercises to your library. |
To change them later, open Account, then AI assistants, and select Edit permissions.
