Change units
Choose whether weights and distances show in metric or imperial.
Change them
- Open your workspace's settingsSelect Settings in the rail, then Settings in the Workspace pane. On a phone, open the menu first.
- Choose Metric or Imperial, then select Save settingsMetric shows kg and m. Imperial shows lb and yd.
What changes
Only the unit shown. The numbers you've logged stay as you typed them, so 100 kg becomes 100 lb. Time and RPM don't change.
Choose your units before you log, or edit past sets to match.
